Employers, if you would like to use our online account setup, please fill out the required information below. Download and print out the Employer Certification and Notice to Users documents, fill them out and fax back to (951) 738-0221.
Once your completed Employer Certification, Notice to Users and required information is received, your account will be active within 24 hours. You then will be able to log in to this website, click on the client login button at the top right, and start your background requests.
